What is Ola?
Everyone would be familiar with this name and you may have used this App before.
It is basically a transportation service providing Taxi services all over India.
Does Ola own all taxis?
Not even one. They just hire and drivers and cars are from the General Public. It has created the Business Model where you can book any cab by downloading Ola Application.
To run a business you don’t need finalized product in your audience. You just need an idea or thing which can attract an audience.
Why Ola banned for 6 months.
We all know that Ola is a transportation service and you can use a wide range of services for booking a taxi.
You have a wide range of option so well that too according to your needs.
You can Book a sedan car for Business visits and you’re on a trip and you can also book a 7 seater if you’re travelling with family.
So the catch is it is not the way you have started the Business on your own and implemented it. It doesn’t work in this way. You need to take permission for all the aspects and business.
So what Ola had done is they added up ” Bike Service ” in Bangalore without notifying the Government. So Government of Bangalore decided to ban Ola fro 6 months.
What happened now they lifted the ban?
After issuing the ban for 6 months. Later 2 days, Government Lifts ban and allowed the company to continue its business.
. @Olacabs will run their business as usual from today. However there is an urgent need for policies to catch-up with new technologies & also industries too should work closer with Govt to help evolve policies for innovations.

Here in this tweet, you can see that…It states that whenever you start something new a big move. You need to work closure to work with the Government so that it can take care of Policies.
But nevertheless, people aren’t happy with this type of silly momentum happening. Because the decision of banning for 6 months doesn’t hold credibility which looks stupid to the common people.
Problem (to public) was created when decision was taken to ban. Withdrawing it now is not a resolution, but a flip-flop. And it makes them look like fools. Decisions by the government must be more responsible. They have to weigh the pros and cons before deciding.
